"check injection" and "check esp" warning lights

Driving home tonight, both of these came on pretty much straight away, along with the orange spanner.

car sat at about 500rpm in traffic, and revved like it was cable throttle! really quick to respond but jumping to over 2k rpm at the slightest touch.

anyone know whats wrong with it before i call renault and get them to look at it.

its under warranty so no biggy, just want to make sure it gets fixed.

phoned dealers, they can look at it on tuesday but i cant have a courtesy car, so leaves me a bit stuck

U r entitled to a courtesy car mate. Ring up Renault uk and they will arrange a car through a local rent-a-car place. They did this for me

i had this problem with mine.. turned out to be a faulty throttle body.

i had this on my 197 which turned out to be a faulty fuel injection ecu, ive also had it on my 200 which turned out to be a faulty manifold air pressor sensor, so if they try and pull a fast one and say were not sure what it is and its not showing anything when they plug in the computer like they tried to do at my dealer. Tell them to check those 2 things. good luck!!

Same here. They changed the throttle body and now is OK.
