Cheapest place to get new brake disks

Well the front 2 disks have warped on my car, they look as if they've been there since new and had their use so time to get new ones all round.
Wheres the cheapest place to get them ?
Also does the rears have the wheel bearing in them like the 1*2's ?

Me if your close enough to collect practically new front and rears avaliable with just storage rust ( minimal ). No lipping, 3000 miles of use tops.
