I guess this is what happens when there is a lack of communication! I guess the pace car was just happy to be out on track. I bet Audi is grateful for the old addage 'all publicity is good publicity'....

Lights go green, pace car still out, people at the back floor it. Bad times!!! :worried:
 
People at the back presumably couldnt see the pace car but saw the green light and thought GO GO GO. So some bad track management.
 
I saw this on the Pistonheads. Crazy!

(the geek in me saw the title and thought - Quantum theory, Schizophrenic Atoms and Schrodinger's cat. Oh well)
 
What a complete **** up that was! Pace car out there having the time of his life, forgot about the rest of the pack :smiley:
 
Ha ha, you can see the safety car driver, swerve, then go back to the middle of the track and just keep going! Lol!
