Carbon wrapping interior - PICS ADDED!

I've got wrapping mad!
Just got some 3M 1080 Carbon effect delivered.
Will Cover the Dash strips, and steering wheel clip-on tonight. Keep 'em peeled for pics later!

In the meantime, Any advice about wrapping with the carbon? anything i need to watch out for? like lining up the carbon pattern?

Dash strips = pop out easily, if not get a screwdriver behind and work it along

Center Vent = pops out if you get a screwdriver behind the lip, use a little force. (Jedi style)

Side Vents = pops out with quite a bit of force (Don't be afraid young skywalker!)

The wrapping material is so cheap, more people should pimp up their interior!

Top Job there, that 1080 stuff is the business compared to the other stuff, I've only got small amount left might have to order some more and get busy on my interior

*groan* not the radio... It was a nightmare to get it in there!
Ive never had a car with so little space behind the head-unit... but then again my last car was a mazda 626 :-p

Did you have to use a heat gun to get it to form perfectly? or is it pretty manageable?
