Bottom arm's.

I've heard that when you remove the bottom arms they need to be bolted back in to place in the horizontal position and just wanted to know if anyone could shed any light on this being true or not??

Standard practice to torque them up in the position they will be in with the car on the road isn't it? Not just the Clio's..
