Bluetooth and USB

I've been trying to figure this out for over a year now, I want to add oem Bluetooth to my car and seemingly you can buy it separately its called a Parrot CK4160 and connects to the standard head unit and works off the steering wheel controls but I've been told it may not work with the newer style standard had units in the 200s and that it also requires a new audio controls stalk (looking at the fitting instructions it doesn't mention this but I've seen some Clios with a call pick up and end call symbols on the stereo mute button on the steering wheel radio controls.

however I've seen these:

and

and wondered if I bought something like this would that oem stereo have the Bluetooth built into it or does it need the additional Bluetooth kit anyway (I've seen 200s with Bluetooth and tomtom screens with the standard non Bluetooth stereo) and also if the oem aux/USB combined ports like in the link are a direct plug and play replacement for the standard red/white aux phono jacks port?

someone help please this is frying my brain!
