Got a pair of Black 197 Cup Handles which I would I would like to fit to my Black 197 (replacing the silver ones).
I know they are not compatible with keyless entry, not too bothered as both my sensors are very temperamental.
I just wondered if by removing these handles, and unplugging sensors, whether it would have any negative effect on the central locking system, such as the boot diamond button, or the system in general.
Anybody done this swap? . . . Thoughts and comments appreciated.
