Battery in boot?

Anyone run the battery in the boot?

Weather is sh!t here at the moment mate but if it eases off later I'll go and take some for you... If not then I'll get some tomorrow. Litchy and myself both had the work done at the same place (bigger job then it sounds, not worth doing yourself unless you're clued up), SC Auto Electrics, very very very neat with no stray wires anywhere. Takes up minimal boot space too.

Here is mine mate, Its fixed inside the box with some heavy duty cable ties and I made a little MDF box and put a a bungee round it to keep it secure. No wires on show anywhere to get damaged.

Its insane how cramped the engine bay is with the megane engine in as well, the battery in the boot is a must! Also get the coolant reservoir moved over to the left hand side out the way of the air intake!

I've mounted mine, a redtop 25 but it's like me at the mo, not wired up.

I've managed to get it to mount behind the rear brace and in front of the isofix bar, quite neat.
