Hi there!

sure you will read mixed reviews about Renault garages on here. This place gets only good reviews for any work, not too much of a mooch for you http://www.birchdown.com/about.html. Just had my first service and I chose a good independent that I trust over Renaultsport.

Hope your enjoying the Clio.

Hi Mike No 100+ with the name of Mike lol.Hope you enjoy your new beast and Welcome

Had the MR2 for 12 years. took some time to get used too it.
When i first got it i went sideways flicking it out to overtake a car.
It was ok on a road in front, but the amount of Turbo Diesels i got stuck behind was a lot.
Had to hang back and make a charge and carry the speed through a bend and pass (hopefully). This pissed a few people off.
Used too think it was fun slidding the back end, untill i spun it and had to pay for the repairs.
The wheels where rubbish, hand brake sometimes worked. Air con constant fix.
But did 100,000 miles on the same clutch, suspension, exhaust. Cam chain is a plus.

Clio is getting better. Better at the high speed. Much more stabel, not sensitive to wind, camber, trucks.
Had some understeer (my fault) on the low speed bends going up the cat & fiddle.
It is a better car and i am sure it will not bite back with a spin
The engine is very impressive once you let it run in 3rd and 4th.
