A set of used V3's popped up for sale on the forum and I couldn't turn them down for the money! Plus one of my shocks has died and knocks all day long, so good excuse to get these .
I've also spent a lot of time and money on two offside drives shafts, as mine has been ticking away and about to give up the ghost.. I got one used and one new from Renault, both are the wrong kind even though they're for a 225 not R26!
I assume its a design change meaning they are non-tapered shafts on the end, which probably doesn't affect a 225 but in this conversion on the clio its slightly too fat to fit in the hub. So there's only one thing for it, take a grinder to it!!
