Anyone good with computers/designing ?

Bit of a strange request, is there anyone out there good with computers/ design work ? Looking for someone to create a certificate for my bike. Basically its been painted in limited edition colours and i'd like something designed to say its a replica of a one of a kind bike. Anyone out there willing to help, happy to pay :smile:
