Anyone go to VXR Power Events this year?

Saw a Megane 250, 2 x R26 Meganes and a 182 Trophy in the car park at Thruxton.

Did the one hour experience yesterday and the Performance School today :thumbsup: Performance School is 3.5 hrs in a Corsa VXR race car with tuition. One of the best experiences of my life. Awesome instructor and car. Race suspension, brakes, seats, harness, diff and ecu but today they ran road tyres, Conti Sport 3s. Never ran out of grip either and yes I was pushing it!!!! Took out an exit cone at over 100mph anic:

Drove 118 miles on track :jump1:

I was told about this when test driving a VXR last month but they told me I needed my own car?! Probably a sales tactic.. Dammit.

Warren, the dealer was correct, you need to own a VXR to be eligible.

This year for some strange reason, the Performance School was still available and as I have owned Vauxhall hot hatches in the past and was very polite I was allowed to sign up. My favourite pic of my day.
