Another RStuner Question

Hi guys after connecting RStuner i got those faults but wont clear them my car is brand new i bought couple of months ago its RS200 and another thing im planing to get akra evo exhuast so should i do the remapping now or wait until i get it then do it because it well take around 2 weeks for the exhuast to arrive?
