Adaptive Xenons, problem

Hi all,

The last few nights I have noticed my headlights are aiming VERY high. When I switch them on, they do there little up and down adjusty thingy they normally do, but then settle on an angle of about 8 feet above the road (!!), thus dazzling other drivers. Any ideas what the problem is.??

Cheers!

Could be a faulty sensor, but i would guesse one of the sensors has frozen stuck. Mine did it last year and eventually cured itself when the weather warmed up

Thanks will be patient then - noticed in the mornings, anything below -1 and the drivers window sticks too for a few mins. Good old french cars

Is there any kind of adjustment in the car, a switch or something (sorry, the wife has the car at the mo)

Theres a hole in the top of each headlight with a white plastic alan key screw, that the manual adjustment screw

i had the same problem about a year ago turned out to be the headlight sensor at the front got it replaced by renault could be that mate
