Ive only just fitted my replacement 197 wheel so have a decent recollection of the wiring etc. Certainly the splined centre hole looks the right size but the electrical side looks very different. The airbag wiring (5 wires) go through a larger hole in the clio wheel into a connector on a rotating collar which mounts over the column and turns with the wheel. The horn conections (2 wires) and cruise control(4 wires )do likewise.
The connection "collar" also works the self cancelling for the indicators (I think).
Certainly the wheel in the photo would not be compatible with the clio rotating collar as the hole is not big enough for the connectors to protrude through the cast section. I reckon you would need the collar from a megane and hope this fits the clio column.
