200 Ecu/exhaust on 197

Hi guys
my mate is selling his full k tec exhuast which has the precat and 2nd cat out, his is also mapped up by ktec, i know the ends of the exhaust are different but will i still eb able to swap? probs have to bodge a bit onto my ends to fit to his 200 :/ was also thinking could we swap ecu/s aswell to save me mapping mine up?

Your ecu would need unlocked then your key etc would work, not worth the hassel as 2 ecus would need unlocking which would prob workout more expensive than a remap
