197 rear springs

is there a guide on how to remove the rears springs on a 197 or can some one tell me how please

jack it up and put axle stands under the jacking points

remove wheels

place jack under one side of the suspension and support the arm

remove lower damper bolt

lower jack from suspension arm

repeat on other side but as you lower the jack just enough so the suspension
arm on the other side will lower enough to remove that spring - then remove
the spring on the side thats supported

dont leave the axle unsupported

and thats roughly how to do it

I'd remove the diffuser also, gives you more room
