good stuff...looking forward to seeing the figures...hope she is healthy...
Cars now up and running hopefully pick it up this weekend.
Hopefully up at Beaniesport Saturday if Chris gets his finger out!
Will say hello
What for mate?
Might see you there Ben.
Picked the car up today..
Over the moon with how it drives and performs on the road, much more driveable now on the road given the new power band.
Chris has done an awesome job, I dropped the car off with a multitude of issues, 3rd gear gone, clutch, exhaust blowing, eml and airbag lights on, slight knocking from the front oh and a lack of power..
Hes managed to sort all the issues along with adding some power, and cleaned it which hasn't been done very often.
Just gotta get the car booked in for injectors and mapping now and get it on track and see how it performs.
Highly recommend chris @ beaniesport for anyone wanting the painless drive in drive out meg conversion.
Forgot to add, was nice meeting Big Ben and seeing his ultra clean clio.
Hopefully catch up soon mate.
Likewise mate. Drop us a message when you’re heading out on track and I’ll see if I can join you
happy days..a good day from the look of this..
Ben's car is always clean
Glad you're happy with the Meg upgrade mate. I would love to feel the difference.
As a road car now it's perfect with the standard turbo power..
Will defo want some more for the track. Haha
yes you will
Been using the car on the road now it's more drivable.. before the Na power made road driving quite frustrating and the lack of low end grunt I just didn't use it on the road other than driving to a track day.
Done 300 miles since getting it back and all is well, highly recommend the meg conversion even for road cars.
Other good news is I spoke to my insurance company and the price stayed the same. Only good thing about getting old! Haha
thats good news..guess you dont live in Manchester then
mine went up rapidly, all because of my post code..tough shit they say...
glad you are happy with the conversion..i cant praise it enough myself
I'm 39 and live in a quiet ish rural area.
Dropped the car off at ED today hopefully be back within the week with a few more ponies
just a few more ponies???think it will be more than 40 and lots of torque
Should have been standard ish power when I dropped it off.. going for 630cc injectors and mapping, looking for 260-270 max really as it's a track car.
yeah you will love it..especially the torque..make sure you have some decent rubber on front
