oil leak

Hi guys, I have noticed an oil leak of about 500ml of oil per week of daily driving, but only from revving over about 5k, the past couple of weeks I have lost no oil and only driven under 5k. Does anybody know what could be leaking? The oil can be seen in my attached photo. Thanks.
