Renault, in my opinion should source tried and tested parts that are not liable to such failure. Such as Recaro seats, clearly did not review the quality of materials used by Recaro. That's my thoughts on the matter of cars using external manufacturers of components anyway...

Recently had Brembo replacement discs, ferrodo DS2500 pads fitted to my '09 200. The retaining pins were also 'cleaned and straightened' as all four were seized... How long should it take a garage to do this? Does three hours labour seem a bit excessive?

done that and tried another pedal in, code would not wipe. car is going to Renault soon for further investigation

As far as I am aware, there is no sprint booster fitted and the throttle body is standard

Interesting, my mechanic wasn't sure why it would come up with a pedal sensor fault but then say injection fault on the dash... He could not clear the fault though :/

A month or so ago, I car went into limp mode with the spanner saying "Injection fault", got it home, turned off, turned on again and the warning was gone. This happened a couple of times, nothing since. The other night I had the same thing, at traffic lights, again the usual turn off and on...
