I had a wheel nit removed took some force but did not damage anything, if they removed the sub frame to get manifold out which I believe has to be done maybe they damaged the steering rack or knocked something easily done as it has to be moved to get manifold off

Believe this is a common problem, on mine I found that it was the handbrake part on the caliper took the nut off where the cable sits gave it a clean with wd40 and some copper grease works fine since not sure what else to try if you have already cleaned the caliper hope this helps

Dan I think this is the one where they send u a drive to load ur cars ecu on then send it back and they will load a map on it suited to your car and then you can load the map and change it back of needed. I may be wrong though lol.

Haven't seen many with cracked manifolds - think its mainly due to dog bone mount wear causes pressure on the flexi part of the manifold.
