I've had this before with stock discs on my 182. I believe this is normal on discs that have been used on track -

The advice I usually see is unless if it reaches the edge of the disc or it’s very deep then don’t worry about it

It gets worse. There are even more cracks on the passenger side hub. These cracks are not due the hub being over torqued as the crack... -
