Xenons abroad

Does anyone know if the xenons in the 197 can be converted/switched to be used abroad in France and Germany?

So do you use the stick-on headlamp converters?

yeah a sticker that will cover the light beam to the left, so it won't blind on-coming foreigners

Some websites say that you can't use the sticker converters on Xenon lights probably because it may fragment the light like the way dirt does on the lens which is why you have to have headlamp washers on Xenon lights.

I'll give Renault a call and see what they say.
