^^^^^this!! Bilstein only do them for the Clio 138, everywhere gets it wrong for the sports. I'd say v1 for under that price dude, great ride and handling!

+197

I installed RSX in my Clio a week ago. Work very well. In the softer position (1/10) is very comfortable. Today hardened a little more (4/10), this week proves it to see how they feel.

I think it's a good choice quality / price.

Spax rsx, fully adjustable .kw v1 are not

I'm liking the sound of these Spax coilovers. Kike, how much have you lowered them by?

Seen them at Venom Motorsport for the bargain price of £634.36 http://www.venommotorsport.com/product_details.php?id=36945&manufacturer=Spax&category=Suspension

im on Spaz RSX, love them to bits, IIRC, there is more than 10 dampening options, more like 24? anyway mine are on 10 from soft, bit hard, but its only a weekend car

Lowering wise, i cant see me going much lower without getting smaller wheels, so thats not a problem, i got about a inch left going down pics here:

Edit: not sure if the do a post 10 plate set? might be wrong, also orderd mine from venom motorsport, took about a month and a bit to arive... they say that spax had a shortage or springs? might be worth calling them

I'm liking the look of the stance there Ben. The fact that the Spax are adjustable is the selling point over the the KW's.

I'd be looking at a firm fast road setting for my use but on long journeys with the wife I would like it nice and soft. How easy its it to adjust?

I'll give Venom a ring next week..

Very easy to adjust, pop the wheel off, C spanner for height, on the real shock its a little spinny thing on the side for dampening and on the front, its on the bottem of the shock, IIRC.

Evreyday i look at it and i love it, i dont scrape on anything too

Spax says that, this suspension (in Clio197) works well between-35mm and-65mm

I've lowered the car 35mm front and 40mm rear about not cup chasis. I don't lower it too because I want to be drivable on our montain roads (in Spain)

My shocks are adjustable in 10 positions of hardness. Do they should be adjustable in more positions?

I ordered my kit directly to the factory for two weeks. The suspension takes me a week since I made the order.

have you tried danny from 519 automotive as he was working close with spax to get them set up right for the clio and he had some offers on.

Oh that old one lol, they aways say that, I had to wait ages aswell! Make sure you apply some grease to the stanchion and the dust seal as the rubbers squeek abit if not, just a wee tip as I was pulling my hair out with the noise
