Wheel alignment after springs fitted

You should have it done, go somewhere knowledgeable and they should be able to adjust it to prevent the increased camber wearing the inner edge of the tyre so much
 
better safe than sorry mate they have to drop the front shocks off the car to fit the springs so its more than likely the top mounts wont have gone exactly in the same place.

make sure its proper laser tracking and ask when it was calibrated as some garages bang there equipment around not thinking about the setting of it and then just use it again like muppets. They in turn set ure car up worse than when you went in. PS there should be a sticker on it to say when it was calibrated and it should be dated within 12 months of now.
