I have those two pieces for mine. They hold it rock solid and give you a good degree of adjustability and you can remove and refit it in seconds.

I really don't like the windscreen ones. The one Gam posted holds the phone on the side and thus makes it difficult to use the keyboard properly. You'll have trouble pressing the keys on the side of the keyboard (QAZ & PLM)

i don't im afraid but the exogear brand get good reviews, don't confuse this with the OSO or similar on ebay i don't know about that make only the exogear the normal phone holder i have is of very high quality.
 
RAM mounts are way, way above anything else on the market imo.

Not cheap though but make cracking mounts you can make up to suit your needs.

i use two for track day cams.
