Understeers downhill

Hello i have a question ive noticed that my car understeers only on downhill i havent felt and understeer going uphill.
What is the problem here i have h&r coilovers that are in good condition lovered it to lowest setting i have michelin pilot sports they are a bit worn and i have 20mm spacer on back and 10mm on front shoud there be problem whit wider spacer on rear cuz its weird that it understeers only going downhill or shoud i fix my driving approach to the corner?

You've lowered your coilovers to the lowest setting, so minimal suspension travel, and you have worn tyres. Pretty sure there are some clues there. Widening the rear track more than the front (relatively) wont help either.
Also, when going downhill the weight is even more over the front axle so it will magnify a front engined front wheel drive car's tendency for the front end to push on when driving hard.
Put good tyres on, have your suspension set up properly, and adjust your speed relative to the corner and it'll be fine.
