Tyres rubbed my body work

Had my coilovers fitted earlier this year and i think the passenger front must be a few clicks too low and over time my passenger side front tyre has been rubbing against the arch and bumper causing it to ware away. As my cars black its not really obvious but it's starting to bother me. I've priced up buying a new arch and bumper and it's going to cost me around £6-700 painted. I'm wanting to hear people's opinion on weather this can be repaired and resprayed or do I have no choice but to buy the replacement panels

Also I was planning to get the bumper and arch both sprayed early next year as I was crashed into and it's left some scuff marks (see pictures)

If you were planning on getting it painted anyway I'd just buy the new panels as well. May as well do it properly. I'd get the suspension sorted first though, no point in getting it fixed for it to happen again.

Can't notice it on the second pic, I wouldn't bother for the cost of £600+

id id just have the car machine polished and get it as best as you can.

Go and enjoy on a holiday for the money, I'm sure that would make you happier lol
