Trouble fitting powerflex arb bushes

The old ones has a cut out to open the bush over the bar, the powerflex ones do not.
Do you have to cut them as you cannot slide them along the bar due to the stoppers.

Maybe sound daft mate! But are they maybe meant to be cut but are a faulty batch and have not been cut ? I would def think you should not have to cut them yourself!

I cut it in the end, will see what powerflex suggest tomorrow
