Timing belt

Hi, I'm looking at buying a 197 however don't think the timing belt has been changed. I've looked into these clios a lot and I've heard the timing belt on these engines are quite sensitive or something and can be done wrong easily if the specialist tools are not used, I'm a mechanic so would want to do it myself anyway as it's a lot cheaper so from what I've read I think I'll just buy the correct tools since there are some quite cheap on eBay, my questions is has anybody bought these tools off eBay and do they fit alright etc. also from the links I've put up, these are the 2 main kits on eBay would I need the one with the extra metal plate in it or just the kit on the first link, thanks.

Buy the genuine tools, then sell them on after you've done the job. This is what I did, and I only lost £10 on the tools! I did timing belt, aux belt & water pump all for under £250.

buy them without and get it knocked off accordingly and get it done your self, NEVER rely on them doing it and then telling you its been done.
