I was checking under the car tonight, to look for the source of the knocking noise - only to discover that the inside of one of the rear alloy wheels is bent! :blink:

Makes me worry about what else there is to discover on this car, lol.

Agreed - The A52 near me is a complete joke, literally have to drive like i'm totally intoxicated just to avoid the worst pot holes!

if you check a car properly before purchase, you should be able to spot signs of mis-use etc.

But indeed, you never know 100% a used cars history!

Wouldn't be too worried about a slightly bent inner rim, like Si said it's very common and a tyre place should be able to straighten it.
