Finally joined today after a few months of browsing the site. The site has been a great source of information and ideas so a big thanks to you all so far !

Have made a few changes to my Nimbus 197 Cup including ITG ind. and have a 1/2 roll cage and belts fitted. My main focus is for (safe) trackday use although I like to drive the 197 whenever I possibly can.

Living on an island with 35mph speed limit is VERY frustrating hence when I do get off our small island I try to head off to a trackday somewhere...

Yeah all right 197'ers 35mph is slow (but faster than the M25 at least !!) and needless to say that the many corners are far more interesting than the few straights. The roads are narrow too but does teach you how to drive almost inch perfect...
BTW I get to use smart black and silver number plates which are road legal - yellow rear and white front - puke on my Nimbus !
