Strange metallic sound, can't work out what it is.

Hi,

My car has developed a weird sound as if something is loose (Metallic tinkling noise). It does not happen all the time but I managed to capture it on the vid.

Does anyone know what it may be?

I think it could be this? But knowing how they are made I don't know how it could make this kinda noise. It sounds like something is loose.

Check out videos of 182 faulty dephaser units kn Youtube, itll sound similar. Normally a cambelt replacement job annoyingly.
