All parts are back on with all new hardware which is black stainless steel so should last a lifetime.

Iv also had a chance to collect the block from the machine shop and had it aqua blasted ready to put the core plugs back in and get painted before it gets rebuilt back up.

Like I didn’t have enough on with work and trying to get the car built, Iv managed to get the new epoxy floors down and start to give the place a lick of paint to freshen up.

We have some new cabinets arriving shortly and some new machines which will help us make more in house [emoji41]

Superb work @R27WTF

I take it this is your workshop (very clean btw) and you’re doing the work yourself?

And looks like there is a nice Meggy in the back ground - is that yours also?

Wicked build. I also have a sabelt wheel with cup racer boss, do you know if there is a way to ge the auto cancel indicators working? I've got Volantech buttons coming for cruise and horn but would like the indicators to auto cancel too. Ive just bought my meglio and also has a tylah motorsport rear cage, brilliant bit of kit!

There isn’t a way due to how it bolts on sorry it’s also a pain with the volantech buttons better off selling the boss and getting an omp one instead tbh

I love the CF diffuser and roof. The roof was very high on my want list to minimize the weight up high. Any idea how much weight you saved with it?

Only 2-3kg nothing major really.

I have done it more as the car is going to be used as demo car for us really so it’s an eye catcher

Little update the rear beam is ready to go off for powdercoating then to be painted after

I went with the pure motorsport strengthening kit, rear spherical bearings and our own metal plate down the centre

that looks amazing mate, rear beam looks decent. I bet that gearbox set you back a pretty penny! What else is needed to fit?

Thanks mate.

I have the full cup racer set up on the front with the extended track rod ends, ee brackets and I have made adjustable drop links so will make shorter ones to use anti rotation links

This is going to look amazing, and you're spending a few quid! :flushed:
I've subscribed as there a lots of nice touches that I'm going to take inspiration from...

Managed to get all the brake line in and fitted. I make all these in house so managed to get them exactly how I wanted.

All been clipped with plastic P clips and black stainless steel rivets.

Iv never liked the plastic slam panel so decided to make a 8mm ally one this will make it much easier to mount my custom radiator up to.

This is the first prototype all seems to fit and work well
