Sooo, ET32 & ET48...

Am I right in thinking that a wheel with an ET32 offset will be like using a 36mm spacer?

And a wheel with an ET48 offset will be like using a 20mm spacer?

If so, ET48 should fit on without rubbing the arches (17x7J)?
