Seat will not move - Help please

My driver's side seat won't move anymore. The bit on the top still tilts the seat forwards but then it won't slide. It won't slide either if you sit in it and pull the bar underneath. Any ideas anyone? Also, they're the standard seats. Thanks, Lewis.

Possibly something stuck in the runners. Mines sometimes tilts but won't slide. Just need to give it a good shove to free it.

Cheers I'll have a look. I was rocking it back and forth Sat in it and all that moved was the car rocking lol.

Mine got caught on something a few weeks ago and a cap on the runners had fallen off into ur rear passenger footwell so it's worth trying to get under the set and having a look. Check the lever to slide the seat back and forward too

Thanks for your help guys. I've sorted it today. There was a biro in one of the runners! Please that something wasn't actually broken after all :-D
