rounded / seized bleed nipple

So the MOT is due on my 200 in just under a couple weeks and I've ordered new disks and pads for it as I'm pretty sure its going to need them and was planning on fitting next weekend.

Yesterday I had the wheels off whilst I was giving it a clean and noticed that one of the bleed nipples on the back is rounded (guessing seized as well)

what is the best way of getting it out and does anyone know the size so that I can order a new one?

Also if I decided to get the brakes done and this sorted at a garage as it's slightly put me off doing them myself could someone give me a rough idea of the cost / number of hours labour that it would cost me?
