i posted a while back that when the base of my recaro was changed the seat colour/ texture was diffrent on the new cover, i complained they took photos and RUK were going to review it..
well got a call today (they left a massage) saying that they have agreed to replace the seats to suit the new base already fitted so i will have a matching interior! got to say the customer service has been good since I've had my r27 so fairly pleased.
