rear seat knock fix

anyone know how to fix the rattling/knocking back seats?

I put some electrical tape around the top locking bars and pushed the plastic bushes that cover the metal pins for the bottom of the seats towards the outside of the car (They were pushed towards the inside of the car exposing the metal pins).

Check the rear pivots. They have a plastic liner round them that splits. I used some rubber pipe, cut to size, refit and bingo! job done.

I put electrical tape around the pins too, helped but didn't remove the problem. I don't think I have any plastic bushes on the pins

I have this problem. Been in to Renault to be fixed once. They did it, but it has come back.

Does anyone have a problem with the drivers recaro knocking too?

knocking from where?

mine creaked and groaned and i fixed it

stripped the seat down and found a loose bolt fixing side bolster to the seat frame

think its the bottom part of the seat, if i rock back and forth in the seat it knocks. Might have to hunt it down!

Could remove the seats, improves exhaust noise too!
