Rear heated screen

As its got colder I've now noticed that 3 bars of the heated screen aren't working as well as one at the top... anyone else noticed this?

Looks like another warranty issue for me..

my ones right at the top dont seem 2 work, however this has no effect on me whatsoever as they are right at the top lol. the rest work fine and v quick too

have you taken the ELF sticker off the inside, it may have damaged the matrix and also you may struggle with a warranty claim unless the garaged were asked to remove it

just to add i took the elf sticker off mine and it didnt effect the heated strips in that area atall.

hmmm there was no elf sticker on it when i got it.. could be that i guess if they were cack handed with a scraper. i'll have to have alook in the light.

Is it possible to fix them if this is the case?

oh and no aftermarket tints, just standard

Same here, mine was fine but I took care taking it off.

Maybe whoever did yours split the element?

I think its a replacement glass job to fix but I may be wrong...?

^ have to agree it may be a new rear window.
one easy solutin if the garage will not do it is, put an empty PS3 box on your parcel shelf and park in a quiet side street and sure some scroat will smash it for you with your concience clear.
