Rear cage

Anyone fitted one of the Safety Devices rear cages - this one RBR020

Hi Paul.

I have seen a few from them in different mini's and miata's..
When I compare the welds and the bends to Wiechers I am sure that I'll go for wiechers. Which I had in my MINI GP + multiple other mini's..

TBH I am looking for a clubsport cage (bolt in) atm.. so curious to these too... when the price is right.

This is the rear cage we are thinking about - need to check the position of the harness bar (as it seems low) relative to the seat slots to check that the harness angle doesnt exceed 20 deg'. the front cage can be dded later

The alternative is bolt in cage made by S W Motorsport in Lanc's - anybody used them ?

Decision has been made SD RBR020 it is.

Harness bar appears to be ok for HANS use, if it turns out to be too low a new harness bar will be added
