Rear ABS rings

Does anyone know whether these are removable? Ideally I need to move the ring from on disk onto another disk that has a damaged ring.

Sorry I put this in general but I have the disk off the car now so I need to know asap

yes they are easily removable, had mine fixed once one got broken, not sure if you can buy a new abs ring though, my mechanics took one off from my previous set of rear discs.
