Thanks for the price Carl my service is not due for 10,000 miles so i presume i would do it then as my car is a 2010 plate?

2010 plate is 6 years, i "THINK" they backdated them all to 6 years but not sure.

I think 5 years is still recommended tho.

all depends on whether u have or havent a friend who is a mechanic...:jase2: had mine done apart from the Aux belt and it cost me £250..ohh forgot had spark plugs done as well so total of £280..would not pay £500-700 what are normal garages charging..make sure u treat ur mechanic from time to time..

Is he a Renaultsport specialist? Bet your timing is out.

Why?? Hardly a task in itself, as long as you have the timing locking tools it's easy..
hardly need a Renaultsport degree to do it

Most garages have the locking tools these days, it's the proper pikey back street ones that use tippex
