Prestivo tyres?

A really slow puncture has turned out to be a tiny hole right on the shoulder so not repairable.

Tyre's off and I've got the option of 2 Prestivo Sports at £80 each, or Michelin Exalto PE2 £160 each. They have no other stock

Thinking PE2s as I don't want to regret not spending the extra for the next 15k miles.

It's your only contact with the road, so....

But those PE2s are inordinately expensive.

I know! Don't have much choice though, can't have the punctured tyre refitted.

Decided going to go for the PE2s. Would be so annoyed next time out at Goodwood if the day's ruined for the sake of £160.

i just spoke to halfords tyre centre new sport contact 3 fitted £125.00 each

Turns out I got a decent enough price on them...ended up paying £302 all in.

MyTyres has them up for £153.50 and Camskill for £138.00, and both these prices would require fitting on top.

Camskil don't list a more expensive tyre in this size so it seems my 200 has just been given a bit of a treat!

Will be interesting to see how these feel once run in...PE2s in the past on my 172 Cup were nothing short of outstanding

I've got PE2s on mine but I paid £120 fitted each, and they are brilliant!
