Hi everyone i would like some advice on what to do here. ive uploaded a pic. i was at a petrol station and couldnt get my petrol cap to open and it was so busy there i decided to pull it off. I couldnt leave the petrol station and take it to a garage because i had no fuel and i mean no fuel so had to pull it off. Just wondering how much of a job is it gonna be to fix it? looks awful now and can i buy the part or is it a huge job? ive got the blue cover.

Happened to me, thankfully I had tools in the car and my phone with me - came on here found out where the release switch is and opened it manually. (It was an absolute ballache) Can you not do a bodge job and fix yourself? Some superglue and a couple of magnets to hold the cap in place?
