Perished door/glass rubbers

Both are long gone on the 200. Any tips on how to remove + fit the new items? Is this the correct part? I need both sides. Cheers

Yeah think thts them mate, my brother works for autoglass and says tht they are just for wind ect as there is a full seal arround the door Aperture

Just yank them off, clean off old glue with white spirits. Slip top end in under glass, pull off release paper gradually, whilst pushing the flat bit in under the glass.
