So, I've developed a knocking noise from the OSF wheel areas. Sounds rotational as it increases with speed. It goes away when I turn left or brake and gets louder if I turn right. I've had my front brakes replaced about 2 months ago and a mechanic looked at the steering a week or so ago and said there was zero play in the OSF but slight play in the NSF track rod but very minimal. Any ideas??

If the alignment is really wrong it could cause issues.
Have you checked the basics like if there is any play in the ball joints, are the top mounts done up properly, are the wheel bolts torqued up correctly?
Maybe take a video of the noise and post it here to see if anyone recognises the issue.
