Was just wondering but can you fit the renault Tomtom into a car which wasn't fitted as an option? And are they hard to come across?

You probably could fit it but they were overpriced as an option in the first place. A basic £80 tomtom that Renault charged around £400 for.

That's really cheap, is it a case of just plugging it in? Or is there more to it than meets the eye.

Somebody on here (I think) did this and it was a total pain to do according to them. Its not as simple as plug and play. Personally I'd just buy a good portable unit that can be swapped any time you need it.
