OEM Key Card Part No?

Any one knows the OEM Par No for Clio RS200 MK3 key card?

Here is my original key card.

got tape holding my key in as well don't want my pants pulled down paying for whole new key and coding

If your emergency key is falling out you can get the key cut or heat the plastic end squeeze the sides together hold it till it cools then should be a tighter fit onto the body. It's a similar process to adjusting the tags on the wheel centers to get a tighter fit.
