You can get better tyres for the same (or less money).

For the likes of yourself who's not going to be worrying about the rain every day something like Bridgestone Potenza RE070 would be a good shout. They're only available in 225 or 235 width but the 225 is close enough to be within tolerance. I run them over here during our summer and they are a great tyre.

A quick check shows that the Bridgestone is around £6 per tyre cheaper, well over here anyway.
